Returns
Returns are only accepted when items ordered are received in a damaged condition. If you received a damage product, please take a picture and send an email to Blaine@virginhempfarms.net for processing. Item will replaced with a non damaged replacement. You must send your email with a picture within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days depending on your location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking details or contact the carrier for further information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier or file a claim directly with them.
